Requirements:

Your organization must be a 501(c)(3) organization in good standing (with one exception). We do consider donations to educational projects and schools.
- All communications must be in writing and sent to our PO box.

The photovoltaic modules must be picked up in person by an officer of the 501(c)(3) receiving the donation. No exceptions! The photovoltaic modules are located in the Bay Area in Northern California.

We do not ship modules (no exceptions). We can forklift the modules onto your trailer or truck.

Please provide your annual power needs.

Please let us know if your system will be off-grid or grid-tie.

All donations are at our discretion.

Please submit a copy of page 1 of your most current IRS 990 Form.

Only US organizations (excluding US territories, Hawaii and Alaska) are eligible at this time.

Only projects over 3000 watts will be considered at this time.
